You can't blame the developer for only showing the bottom floors of the skyscrapers in their literature. Skyscrapers on the Bayfront aren't something most of us want to see. How about 17 skyscrapers, up to 23 stories tall, stretching from the Bayshore Freeway out to the site of Pete's Harbor? These views of the Marina Shores site are found in the Environmental Impact Report (figures 5.2, 5.3, 5.4).
