Who We Are People
for Housing Not High-rises is a grassroots organization of Redwood
City citizens who support the development of responsible housing
projects throughout the City of Redwood City. We believe that all
Redwood City voters should have an opportunity to determine whether
the proposed Marina Shores How to Contact Us

Village
project, with an unprecedented number of significant unavoidable
environmental impacts, is appropriate for our city. We have gathered
the necessary signatures to qualify a Voter Referendum for the ballot
to rescind City Council approval of the Marina Shores Village development
at the Peninsula Marina and Petešs Harbor properties, and allow
Redwood City residents to vote on whether this specific project,
as proposed, should proceed.
